Job Search & Placement
At Pathways to Success, our Job Search and Job Placement Assistance service provides hands-on support to help individuals find meaningful, competitive employment. We guide each person through every step of the process, identifying the right type of job, preparing strong applications, connecting with employers, and securing successful job matches.

Supported Employment
At Pathways to Success, our Supported Employment program provides individualized, on-the-job support to help people with disabilities find, learn, and keep meaningful employment. Our team assists with every stage of the employment process from exploring job options and preparing for interviews to receiving hands-on training and adjusting to workplace expectations.

Pre-Employment Transition Services
At Pathways to Success, our Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) program helps students with disabilities prepare for life after high school by building the skills, confidence, and career awareness they need to enter the workforce successfully. We partner with schools, families, and vocational rehabilitation agencies to provide engaging training that supports each student’s transition into adulthood.
